		<description>Need me to call you every morning? Get a gym partner. Join a class or group so that you know for a fact your attendance will be missed. When I joined the My1st5k class, I didn&#039;t know a single person there, but the very first time I missed a class 2 people asked me where I was at the very next class. It&#039;s all on accountability. AND STOP EATING EMPTY CALORIES!!!!</description>

		<description>Yea it lasted a few days, but it was so hard.  I really have no clue how people on VOLUNTARY liquid diets do it.  

Now if I ever have gastric bypass then I will have to stick to it for a little bit, but this time it did not last.

Actually switched to being more aware of WHEN I eat instead of what I eat since that is my biggest problem.  No breakfast, sometimes lunch and normally a huge meal after 8-9pm at night.  Might try Weight Watchers since thats what the gf does and its working for her.  

I&#039;ve managed to drop about 4-5 pounds since that post so its getting better. Just need to improve my gym regularity since Im lucky if I make myself go once a week right now.  </description>
